Sales Training Program

The monthly Sales Training Program Softec is aimed to qualify salespeople from Olsen Licensed Dealers. The training program consists in a two-day immersion in Olsen’s facilities, where salespeople will get acquainted with the company’s organizational system, production line, equipment details and its benefits. Besides the training, salespeople do written evaluation, hands-on activities, group work and motivational lectures.

Since Softec was inserted on the Industry as a qualifying method for our dealers there has been a notorious improvement in the profile of our technician and salespeople who participate in the program, qualifying their services to a higher level and bringing optimum performance and surpassing results to us all.
