Technical Assistance
The After Sales Technical Assistance program aims at giving the technicians from the authorized technical assistance centers competence to maintain, set up and dismantle Olsen's equipment.

Following a training schedule, the technicians stay for 2 days in the plant premises, when they pay a visit to the factory facilities, show-room and laboratories, doing hands-on activities with the equipment and learning theories of all Olsen’s products operation.
This Asta Softec program is only allowed to authorized companies that operate in specific regions, under the supervision and evaluation of the department in charge. Olsen’s after-sales department strives in offering high-quality products and services to our customers, through our authorized technical assistance network.
